Sunrise Bridge Partners (SBP) is an investment company that acquires equity in companies that accelerate sustainable industrialisation primarily in China and South East Asia. The fund management company donates a significant share of annual profits to further support sustainable industrialisation through structural programmes and social capital. SBP’s mission, to accelerate sustainable industrialisation in emerging economies, has been carefully crafted within the context of the following definitions.

Sustainable Industrialisation: SBP intends to focus on sustainable industrialisation as a process of development that strives to promote economic growth through increased capacity to produce goods and provide services whilst improving all peoples’ livelihoods without compromising the needs of future generations.

Transition Acceleration: SBP invests in proven or promising solutions that have a potential to improve and/or accelerate the country's transition from industrialisation to post-industrialisation. The firm does not invest into markets where the practice of SI is the norm (for example in Western Europe).

Emerging Economies: The firm believes that emerging economies and developing economies have similar challenges while undergoing industrialisation. Countries seek to benefit from productivity improvements and economic growth generated by industrialisation, while simultaneously operating under the premises of sustainable development. The firm decided to focus initially in China and South East Asia, given their apparent need for SI-type solutions, as well as the experience and relationships of the partners.
