Juan Carlos is an investment banker with a 15-year experience in corporate strategy and M&A. During his career he's executed more than US$15 billion in M&A primarily in emerging markets and acquisition financing. He previously co-founded a leading Latin American strategic/financial and M&A advisory firm, where he served as senior partner from 1992 to 2000. He is a member of the boards of directors of Bavaria, S.A. and is chairman of Crystal Associates LLC, a fund of hedge funds.

During the past 15 years, Kaj has worked in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Germany, France and Singapore driving the development of new telecommunications and mobile data services, as the Managing Director & COO with Fox Mobile Group (NewsCorp), as the head of strategy & business development at Nokia Networks, and as the General Manager for First Hop in Asia-Pacific. In Asia, Kaj helped mobile operators in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia to apply new technologies to accelerate the development of wireless data.

As the CEO of Dimidium Group, Stephen has acquired, developed and managed real estate for the mining industry. Stephen has also held various management and finance roles with the IBM Software Group and KPMG. Throughout his career, Stephen has had broad responsibilities across the globe with particular focus in the Asia Pacific and US (Silicon Valley) markets. He is currently Chairman for Hope Development Agency Australia, a not for profit agency undertaking clean water supply and micro-financing projects to under-developed nations. He lived much of his younger life in emerging markets across the globe.

Adam has had more than 25 years experience working on international environment, development and financial issues in 120 countries, including more than 12 years with the United Nations Capital Development Fund focusing on the world’s least developed countries (LDCs), supporting human and institutional capacity at local and national levels via local development and microfinance practice areas. Adam also has worked as an SME financial advisor (Omni Financial), an e-commerce entrepreneur (InterWorld Corporation), as Director of Information and UN Programmes for Together Networks, and as the editor-in-chief of Earth News.  His published books include The Earth Summit: A Planetary Reckoning and Taking Action: An Environmental Guide for You and Your Community.
